　　洗发精清洁的重点在于头皮，建议大家必备以头皮为主的洗发精，毕竟只有健康的头皮才能孕育出健康的头发，有预算的话再针对头发买洗发精，两者可交替使用。因为头皮皮脂腺分布的密度与脸部T字部位一样，可以由自己的肌肤属性简单判别自己的头皮属性，大致可分为一般头皮：包括干性及油性头皮；问题头皮：敏感、头皮屑和落发头皮这几种分类。

　　油性头皮

　　脸部肌肤有T字出油的困扰，只要超过一天不洗头，头发就会塌塌的，比如广州、香港、台湾等南部地区大约70%的成人都是油性头皮。

　　干性头皮

　　本身属于中、干性肌肤，过干的时候会发痒。

　　敏感头皮

　　头皮有红肿易发痒、易长疹子的现象，通常敏感肌肤、易长痘痘或鼻翼、脸颊泛红有血丝的人有敏感性头皮的机率也高。

　　头皮屑型头皮

　　头皮正常代谢约28天，当新陈代谢速度不正常增快到7~10天，就会造成角质细胞堆积，让专吃头皮屑的皮屑芽孢菌繁殖过剩，造成皮肤刺激，让头皮屑成为恶性循环的现象，而头皮屑又分为油性头皮屑和干性头皮屑，油性头皮的头皮屑比较大块，容易掉落肩膀；干性头皮的头皮屑比较细碎，容易有“雪花飘落”的现象，而有些严重的头皮屑头皮还伴有敏感现象，可针对不同属性挑选洗发精。

　　落发型头皮

　　落发原因很多，油性头皮的落发原因是因为太多油脂阻塞毛囊，造成落发；而干性头皮的落发是因为头皮太干，养分无法在细胞间的空隙流动，所以头发因为营养不良而掉落；敏感型头皮的人在过敏的期间也有可能造成过度落发的情况，但敏感现象解除之后，落发问题会稍稍改善；而压力型荷尔蒙和产后等因素也会造成落发现象，产后落发通常在一年内可以恢复，压力型因素落发除了挑选专用洗发精外，也要调整生活作息。
