什么是脱发的元凶？

　　脱发的原因多达46种以上，最基本的原因男女都一样，都是因为发囊受损伤。这主要是因为头皮油脂分泌过于旺盛，或没有及时清除紧附在头皮上的死皮细胞，而导致它们混合，氧化成蜡状物，堵塞在发囊口的。这时，如果油脂腺继续分泌油脂，但由于出口被堵住，就使得一部分分泌油脂倒流到发根，与发囊中的五还原酶酵素结合，转化为二氧睾酮DHT。结果油脂腺会变得肿胀，从而分泌更多的油脂。这种状况累积数月或数年以后，则会严重妨碍头发对营养的吸收，导致脱发。由于头顶和前额的五还原酶最活跃，所以脱发一般由此开始。
