　　1、鲜姜水洗头：在烧热水时放入鲜姜用来洗头，可去头皮屑。洗头时，将头顶浸入水中，边洗边用手轻轻按摩头皮，然后再用清水洗净，用毛巾擦干。第二天再用洗头剂清洗。一星期至少这样洗两次，持续一段时间就会有一定的效果。

　　2、桑树皮洗头：用四钱桑树皮，放入两斤开水中泡几分钟，再用泡桑树皮的水洗头，连续洗5天，就可祛除头皮屑。

　　3、葱泥洗头：先将圆葱捣成泥状，用纱包好，用它轻轻拍打头皮，直到圆葱汁均匀地敷在头皮和头发上为止。过几小时后，再将葱泥洗掉，去头屑效果良好。

　　4、陈醋溶液洗头：取陈醋150毫升，加温水1公斤，充分搅匀。用此水每天洗头1次，能去头屑止痒，对防止脱发也有帮助，还能减少头发分叉。
