每位女性都希望自己有一头浓密乌黑的秀发，但是却有不少人无法如愿，常常面对先天或是后天造成的头发缺陷，而头发稀少更是许多女性的头号“三千烦恼丝”。

　　头发稀少者应避免留长发，较好的方法是采用中短发型，在发根用中型发卷进行烫发。烫发时间不宜过长，使头发形成较大的弯曲，要发根微微站立。

　　做造型时，着重对发根进行加热，使发尾有轻柔动荡之感。这样做能够产生头发浓密、自然飘逸的视觉效果。
