　　“香蕉沙律”--修复头皮

　　做法：将1根成熟的香蕉去皮，加上一大汤匙向日葵精油和半茶匙新鲜绿柠檬汁，一起捣碎。充分捣匀后，用梳子把它仔细梳到头发上并等它慢慢干，大约30分钟后，照常用洗发水洗头。

　　原理：香蕉中含有丰富的钾，能够维护头皮健康；而向日葵精油是一种天然的“皮脂”，可以维持头皮和头发的水油平衡；绿柠檬汁帮助调节头皮的酸碱度，也能使头发看上去更加柔顺光泽。
