头发不再只是女人魅力的象征，男人也愈来愈重视顶上毛发问题；甚至认为做一个性感魅力男，不仅要有结实的肌肉，顶上毛发稀少也会影响男人的魅力指数。林口长庚医院皮肤科医师钟文宏表示，过去不觉得男人会在意掉发问题，这几年发现，掉发对男人来说，比身材走样变成欧吉桑还严重。
