　　材料：半杯酸乳酪、1只蛋黄、3茶匙醋。做法：先将蛋黄打匀，加入酸乳酪，然后敷于半湿头发上，待30分钟后，把醋加入1盆水中，用来冲洗头发，最后再以清水洗净。功效：酸乳酪及蛋黄含有丰富蛋白质，醋则能彻底清洁头发，这护发素有效为干旱头发补充大量水分。
