先将秀发洗干净，然后将发膜均匀抹在头发上，注意涂抹时，要涂在距离发根5厘米的发干上，而后用保鲜膜或者浴帽将头发包裹起来，这样做能防止头皮表层热气散失过快，因为较高的温度，有利于秀发吸收营养。5-10分钟后，先用少量水将发膜乳化，再彻底清洗干净。
