　脸上的问题已经够多了，而头发会让你更加担心，因为它们在重压之下有可能大批量地离你而去。或许有两点值得庆幸：首先，压力多少会给你留点儿面子，只会令你脱发，不会让你一脱到底；其次，你那些花白的头发与压力无关，那是你体内的色素物质流失造成的，只是当你压力大的时候，你会更容易注意到这一点。无论怎样，压力给你的头发还是制造了不少麻烦：

　　压力性脱发与自然性脱发最大的区别在于，压力就像一个手艺拙劣的剃头匠，它会把你头上的某个区域内的头发连根剃除，留下一块刺眼的“不毛之地”，而自然性脱发发生在整个“发丛”中，因而你根本感觉不到。压力通常只会造成指甲大小的一块区域脱发，并且只是暂时性的，因此外人不易察觉。也有很少的一些病例显示，原本没有显现的基因性秃头症会因为压力性脱发的发生而显现出来，最终导致永久的秃顶，甚至还会出现体毛、睫毛和眉毛的脱落。

　　逃生法则：为自己减压，等待时间来医治是惟一的选择。通常一个月左右，脱发的地方就会长出新的头发。另外，也可以通过涂抹类固醇乳霜或者针剂注射来促进头发生长，消除皮囊炎症并促进皮囊功能恢复。
