　　多数游泳池使用的是自来水，不仅自来水本身是用液氯或漂白粉消毒，而且游泳池水也常需要额外加入此类杀菌消毒剂。但液氯和漂白粉都属于强氧化剂，对头发有较强的损伤作用。

　　美国科学家对108名游泳爱好者做的一项调查表明，经常游泳后未及时用清水冲洗的人，头发呈现不同程度的“积累性损伤”，严重的已失去光泽，变黄、变脆，甚至断裂。
